The airport covers an area of14,000acres, with Terminal2, respectively, with boarding bridges28,47, to meet an annual passenger throughput of about50million. The article from the perspective of project management, analysis refer to the part of domestic and international project management knowledge and literature to learn both the project management experience, through the combination of practical work in the collection and statistics maintenance data and parameters, analysis and optimization of operating is not yet perfect mechanism proposed in the boarding bridge maintenance operations on the basis of specific improvement boarding bridge maintenance and maintenance project management suggestions. In the aspect. of research methods, the typical case law is mainly used, completed with literature research, critical path method and etc Make full use of resources such as libraries, network, and read the relevant research literature to obtain the full picture of the existing achievements and latest developments; On the other hand, widely review and read those information and documentation that is related to the research object, and link those theory to the daily real-time boarding bridge maintenance work. Collect as much information as possible of the detailed first-hand infonnation, which is in the purpose of building a solid foundation for this study; Besides literature reading and theoretical review, analysis by the critical path method to show the progress&corresponding between each boarding bridge maintenance activities in the entire functional process, and on this basis, network analysis, and calculation of the time parameters in the network, to identify key activities and critical path, and take advantage of the time difference to adjust and optimize the network. Logical deduction plus the qualitative illustrations leads to the scientific research in this article.This study is made up with five parts:the first is the introduction, the background which includes the purpose&objective of the study, the main content and the articles structure; The second part is mainly referred to the related literature, the main project management and maintenance of the boarding bridge between linkages and maintenance of the boarding bridge theory;3rd part is mainly about the current maintenance status, existing problems and causes; and the4th part is about the resolutions proposed to those problems and causes, from the perspective of project management, the optimization suggestions for improvements; and the last but not the least part is abut the summary and Outlook. This article complete the conclusion through the usage of project management in the boarding bridge maintenance process, controlling the scope of the project to develop the project schedule, the project task refinement, and effective cost control, in the purpose to reduce the potential risk and fulfill the improvements. Meanwhile, base on this summary to raise the recommendations on the boarding bridge maintenance optimization program, and hope the study/proposal would be referred by those teams and organizations who is working on boarding bridge maintenance, and able to help eventually.
