| As the modern airport equipment providing service for passenger,the role of the passenger boarding bridges is becoming more and more important in the airport.With the large investment put in the airport construction,the number of passenger boarding bridges has also increased greatly.At present,the research of boarding bridge is mainly focus on the structural mechanics of tunnel structure,maintenance and so on.And the boarding bridge made in China only meet basic function requirements.And it has not been systematically studied in the aspects of performance,appearance,environmental protection and intelligence.Based on the actual needs of airports and passengers,this paper discusses the structure,appearance optimization and intellectualization of passenger boarding bridges.(1)First,we analyze and compare the critical mechanical parts of passenger boarding bridges,and study the items to be optimized,and provide the prioritization scheme for these items.For example,once the rotunda of PBB is changed from square pipe structure to box steel plate structure,the weight is reduced,as well which is beneficial to automatic welding of robot.The unification of glass bridge and steel plate bridge channel structure improves the modularity of drawings,reduces the workload of engineers,and is beneficial to the production.and control the stock,as well cut down production cycle.In addition,we use of finite element modeling to analyze the stability of the new design main structure,and calculate the overall strength to confirm whether it meets the requirements of the relevant standards and load,。(2)On the improvement of performance,appearance,energy saving and environmental protection of passenger boarding bridges,we analyze the jitter of the boarding bridge,and find a solution according to the practical situation.In addition,according to the lifting load of the length series of passenger boarding bridges,analyze the power and output torque of motor,to match appropriate power model to avoid overload operation or power waste,so as to improve the safety and economy of passenger boarding bridges lifting and falling mechanism.The current mainstream aluminum alloy profiles are used to improve the overall appearance of passenger boarding bridges.(3)Study on electrical system and intellectualization,and illustrate the sub control system of passenger boarding bridges.The power and circuits as well design the automatic unattended connection of passenger boarding bridges. |
