Rsearch Of Crack Grouting Material Performance And Process For Asphalt Pavement

Crack is one of the common diseases of asphalt pavement. Surface filing is the mainly repairing technology of asphalt pavement, which has high failure rate. Therefore, studying on grouting material technology and process of cracks in asphalt pavement is important to improve the efficiency of pavement maintenance, to keep the use of the pavement performance, to extend the pavement service life.This paper researchs different dosage puolyrethane prepolymer on the performances of EA/PU IPN grouting material and contrast the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture and repaired composite structure system to evaluation the effect of grouting material.By rsearching the traditional repairing technology of asphalt pavement and in combination with performances of grouting material, this paper put forward an efficient asphalt pavement crack repair construction technology.The main contents are as follows:(1) By inspecting the performances of EA/PU IPN grouting material in different dosage polyurethane prepolymer (10%to60%) The results show that:When dosage of polyurethane prepolymer is30%-60%,the performances of EA/PU IPN grouting material is more suitable for requirements of asphalt concrete repair.The grouting material toughness is good, the elongation of break is about30%-40%,and the strength is also good, the volume stability is good,about3%.(2) By inspecting the deformation coordination and caking of EA/PU IPN grouting material and asphalt mixture in different dosage polyurethane prepolymer (30%to60%).The results show that:With the dosage of puolyrethane prepolymer increasing, the shear strength of repaired composite structure system rises. When the dosage of puolyrethane prepolymer is small, the shear strength rises with width of crack increasing. When the dosage of puolyrethane prepolymer is big, the shear strength firstly falls and then rises with width of crack increasing. The width of crack less affect the shear strength.With the dosage of puolyrethane prepolymer increasing, the curve of repaired composite structure system’s quality is closing to the curve of asphalt mixture. The width of crack less affect the curve of quality.With the dosage of puoryrethane prepolymer increasing, the splitting tensile strength,stifmess modulus and stress-strain curve of repaired composite structure system rises and closes to asphalt mixture.When dosage of polyurethane prepolymer is50%and60%,the caking of grouting material is good, and the deformation coordination between grouting material and asphalt concrete is good.(3) Combined with performance of grouting material, this paper improve the traditional construction technology, making it more effective and improving the construction efficiency.
