| Pavement crack repair is a very important work in the maintenance of asphalt pavement. At present, most of the pavement crack repair in the country are mainly used in the surface irrigation and sealing, and the construction technology is simple. The commonly repair materials are also used, for example, hot asphalt and emulsified asphalt and other materials, but the effect is poor and the service life is shorter. Therefore, the research of asphalt pavement crack repair technology is of great significance to repair pavement performance, prolong the service life of pavement, and improve the efficiency of road maintenance.Based on the asphalt pavement crack repair technology research, this paper research the new materials which could be used on the asphalt pavement crack repair with fluidity, permeability, adhesion strength, aging resistance and mechanical compatibility test indicators. By numerical simulation with COMSOL, and indoor test and theoretical analysis through the establishment of crack test model, carry out pouring technology of cold filling materials and asphalt pavement, analysis of grout diffusion law, and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of irrigation technology gap.The physical properties and mechanical properties of the materials were studied by laboratory experiments. The study found that this material have strong liquidity, good permeability, and its tensile strength could up to 1.95MPa, the average compressive strength is 2.73MPa, it has enough strength; This material has good aging resistance, aging before aging strength can reach 81%; In the bending test of small beam specimens, the strength of the recovery rate was 0.63; In the freeze-thaw splitting test, the specimen strength recovery rate was 0.77, showing good bonding properties of materials and anti-high temperature performance. Test results show that the test materials can be used in the repair of asphalt pavement cracks.The model of asphalt pavement crack compared with COMSOL numerical simulation, the study found that the dual role of grouting material in grouting pressure and self-gravity, with the increase of grouting pressure, grouting of the vertical diffusion range increases, the vertical diffusion depth of up to 300mm, but the serous lateral diffusion range with the increase of grouting pressure decreases, the lateral diffusion radius of up to 250mm. The calculation results show that the grouting pressure should be chosen 0.2MPa, the spacing of the holes in the 50cm is chosen, and the position of the grouting hole should be chosen to crack at the crack surface in the early stage.This paper designed the grouting test model, and to further validate the reliability calculation and numerical diffusion law of slurry through the model test, and according to the research results, a suitable polymer polyurethane mastic material construction technology is proposed.The above research has a great significance to the grouting repair of pavement crack cold grouting technology. |
