Study On Equipment Management And Its Information Technology For Belt Conveying Machinery

Nowadays, in the wake of the rapid development of China’s market economy, thefierce competition among the enterprises not only was embodied in the products quality,but was reflected in the equipment management aspects. And the equipment managementwas considered an integral part of the business administration, it plays an accelerator,guarantee and constraints effects on the other administration subsystems. Furthermore, italso influence the enterprises’ production and business activities. According to themanagement situation of the belt conveying machinery equipments which were producedfor the users by the Hengyang Hoisting and Conveying machinery Co., Ltd. It can be seenthat the development of advanced mechanical should be developed synchronously with itsadministration mode, otherwise, it will certainly restrict the increasing of managementlevel and economic benefits.In the paper, the belt conveying machinery equipment management mode that wassuited for the users own actual situation has been established by combining the theory withthe practice methods of modern equipment management. The pre-management, usingmanagement, maintenance management, spare parts management and the safetymanagement of the belt conveying machinery equipments were analyzed and studied.Besides, the specific management measures have been put forward. Based on the B/S andC/S mixed mode, the belt conveying machinery equipment information system mentionedin the paper was established for the user enterprises. In addition, its evaluation indexsystem was preliminary discussed by means of frequency statistics theoretical analysis andexpert consultation methods. In this paper, the discussion of equipment management and its informationconstruction provided a reference, which will further improve the whole equipmentmanagement level, enhance the core competence of the equipment management andquicken the enterprises’ sustainable development.
