| Excellent construction quality ensures road performance,makes vehicles driving high-speed,comfortably and safely,reduces road cracks and the cost of road maintenance and repair.The Influence of the technical condition of asphalt mixing equipment on construction quality should be highly valued,as it ensures pavement quality and construction progress.Series of achievement about reasonable equipment parameter setting and the best matching relationship between equipment was obtained by calibration,inspection and commission the structure,configuration,performance,interaction characteristics between equipment and material.These achievements are helpful to formulate the construction technology that conforms to the characteristics material.These achievements were applied in practice to guide the construction,so that the equipment performance could be effectively played,and the construction progress and quality were guaranteed.According to the characteristics of dry climate and wide temperature difference in Gansu Province,based on Chenwu highway CWLM2 and Guadun highway GDLM3,this paper aimed to standardize asphalt mixing equipment operation process,analysis of the main factors affecting the quality of the pavement,progress the feasible state control scheme of mixing equipment.Through the preliminary investigation to develop the use of mixing equipment standard methods,including the development of pre-technical status of the inspection,calibration and inspection methods,mixing equipment in the use of technology status inspection and monitoring methods.Based on the typical mixing structure in Gansu Province,index system of mixing equipment matches material properties was established,implemented and tested in practice.This system was used for pre-calibrating the asphalt mixture mixing equipment,guiding technical status during construction,inspecting construction effect,developing information management system according to theoretical analysis and practice test of mixing equipment technical index influence on construction quality. |
