The Research On Disaster Preventing Transformation Of City Parks

With global climate change,unexpected natural disasters, abnormality andincreasing uncertainty, China’s natural disaster risk is increasing continuously. Nationaldisaster prevention and mitigation work situation is grim. Disaster prevention andmitigation is related to national economic and social development，social stability andpeople’s life and property security. National disaster prevention and mitigation will beincluded in the "special plan"，which reflects that the country attaches great importance tothe work of disaster prevention and mitigation. City Park can fully play its role in disasterprevention and reduction of various direct and indirect through disaster reconstruction，to provide disaster relief shelters，thereby improving the space of city disaster preventionand mitigation system.Based on a large number of literature reading，this paper expounds the researchprogress related to disaster prevention construction City Park in China，and summarizesthe related concepts，the disaster prevention park design principles and design index，analysis the compatibility between City ordinary Park and City disaster prevention Park.Disaster prevention of City Park，and the advantages of disaster prevention performanceand the transformation principles are concluded. Finally take the East Lake Park inYingtan city for the transformation of the research. Through the investigation of theirsurrounding environment，entrance and boundary，the refuge area，internal road system，landscape vegetation and infrastructure in6aspects，the problems in the disasterprevention space in East Lake Park are analyzed. Combined with the related theory， andunder the guidance of the transformation principle of disaster prevention parks，the sixbig disaster reconstruction suggestions are put forward---the transformations offunctional layout，entrance road system，the refuge area，emergency facilities renovationand plant.To sum up， the city ordinary Park in disaster prevention based on thetransformation of the building is explored，which provides the beneficial reference toother city parks for future disaster prevention function transformation of research andpractice.
