With the continued development of the national economy, high degree ofproduction automation and information society, people rely on electricity is alsoincreasing, which makes the stable operation of the power system getting more andmore important. Protection system, as an important part of the power plant, is fastand reliable action can play a role in protecting generators, fans, transformers andother equipment for safe operation and safe operation of the power system. Becauseof the increasing number of relay protection devices, the traditional way of regularmaintenance can’t meet the stability requirements of the grid. To improve thereliability of equipment, reduce operating maintenance workload, the urgent needfor state protection equipment overhaul. In this paper, research on professionalpoint relay test repair and advanced analysis system, based on the theory and stateinspection on protection devices were evaluated in-depth study in order toeffectively implement financial regular preventive maintenance, condition-basedmaintenance and troubleshooting of an optimized maintenance mode suitable foreach one of the actual situation, to achieve protection system quantitative, accurate,comprehensive assessment of inspection management and equipment, the paperreads as follows:First we carried out research on the test of relay points system repair andadvanced analysis, getting the status of the state of repair of power generationcompanies and business needs analysis, and we put forward the overall systemdesign and design goals, according to the analysis and design goals extend proposeappropriate theoretical basis.Secondly, the research lays focus on and evolves around the establishment oftwo models of the overall goal, the state parameter model and the relay protectionstate evaluation model. By analyzing the data which influences the state of relayingprotection equipment, and by choosing the proper equipment state parameter, thisresearch establishes the relay protection system state parameter model. Accordingto the steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, conducting a weight distribution ofrelay protection state parameter, at the same time establishing the correspondingevaluation factors of subordinate function, constitute this research’s evaluationmethod towards the state of relay protection based on the theory of fuzzy. Thispaper studies the state evaluation model based on nonlinear membership functions,in comparison with former linear membership functions, it can correlate equipmentevaluation factors with the performance of equipment better and more effectively,reflect the current operation situation of the equipment properly, and conform to the operation law of relay protection.At last, this paper introduces in detail the function design and the programimplementation of the spot inspection and advanced analysis system towards relayprotection equipment, in order to provide the user a friendly human-machineinterface and well-performed functions.
