Research And Optimization Of The Actual Application Of Maintenance Of Relay Protection State

With the significant improvement of self-intelligence and automation of power equipment and the rapid development of power grid scale and power grid operation technology,the foundation of safe operation of power system is more dependent on the safety and stability of secondary power system.However,the maintenance of relay protection is still carried out on a regular basis.With the improvement and development of the microcomputer protection function,the self-diagnosis ability of the protection equipment has been strengthened.The traditional periodic maintenance mode is no longer suitable for the development of the current power grid,so it is particularly important to realize the secondary equipment state maintenance which is determined according to the actual state of the secondary equipment.Firstly,this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of carrying out maintenance of relay protection device based on the development history and current situation of relay protection maintenance in China and abroad.Then this paper summarizes the current knowledge of status maintenance of relay protection equipment and puts forward the basic idea of status maintenance of relay protection.Secondly,it is introduced that the extensive application and development of line monitoring technology in power system is an important technical means to realize the state maintenance of secondary equipment,and it is also explained that the on-line monitoring technology of secondary equipment improves the accuracy and feasibility of state maintenance of secondary equipment.Finally,taking liaoning liaoyang guocheng thermal power plant as an example to carry out the case analysis of relay protection status maintenance,the 220 kV system secondary equipment of guocheng power plant has the hardware and software conditions for status maintenance.In combination with the management system of state maintenance of secondary equipment of power system and related regulations,standards and principles of state maintenance of power system,guocheng power plant conducts relevant research on the implementation of state maintenance of secondary equipment of 220 kV system for the equipment of guocheng power plant.According to the equipment of guocheng power plant,the state maintenance management system and state evaluation standard of secondary equipment in line with guocheng power plant were developed,and then the maintenance strategy was determined according to the evaluation results.It includes the collection of basicinformation,the division of maintenance and related processes,the patrol inspection system,the secondary equipment evaluation standards,and the determination of maintenance strategies.Guocheng power plant has scientifically realized the optimization of maintenance projects,thus greatly reducing the workload of maintenance managers and operating maintenance costs,prolonging the life cycle of secondary equipment,and improving the reliability of secondary equipment operation.
