In recent years,wind power technology has developed rapidly.With the rapid development of wind power industry,the cost of operation and maintenance is continuously increasing.In order to save the cost of operation and maintenance,the evaluation of operation status of wind turbines becomes more and more important.This paper first briefly introduces the development of wind power technology,the working principle of wind turbine,fault mechanism and wind turbine data acquisition and monitoring system.After analyzing the importance of evaluating the operating status of wind turbine,the following work has been done:(1)Analyze the quantitative indicators of wind power,and use the normal distribution function image to fit the min power component of wind power.The quantification index is defined and the fluctuation characteristic of wind power is analyzed from the time scale of the subdivision.The min-level components of the output power of the wind farm are analyzed.The secondary rolling average method is adopted to fit the probability density of the min-level component with matlab normal distribution image.Probability density distribution of min-level components of wind power.(2)Using AHP method to build wind turbine evaluation index,calculating the degree of deterioration of each index,using fuzzy membership function to build the evaluation matrix.In this paper,a series of improvements are made on the determination of the index weight and the conclusion of the evaluation in the traditional method,and the improvement results are compared with the original method to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of operating status of wind turbine based on improved SCADA data.Proposed strategies are more feasible and help to detect potential problems early.(3)Choose the power curve method to calculate the wind farm curtailment,analyze the wind curtailment situation.
