This paper summarized the current research status of operation ticket system, analyzed the actual needs of dispatching departments and designed the overall structure of operation ticket system. Automatic generation of operation ticket was taken as the main purpose, and the requirements analysis of system function was carried out by combining with the specific circumstances of the Xilin Gol power grid. Then, the overall system architecture and implementation schemes were proposed and the programming techniques and software tools were determined. Finally, the intelligent operating ticket system of Xilin Gol power grid was developed by using C#and Access as programming language and backend database, respectively.Based on the CIM model, the system uses object-oriented knowledge representation method to represent all kinds of relations of different devices in the grid. The system acquires the real-time status of primary equipments by parsing the data of telemeter from SCADA. Based on the scheduling procedures and the real-time status of the grid, intelligent judgment and reasoning are carried out, then a safe and practical operation ticket is automatically generated.The operating ticket system has already been put into on-line operation in the regional power grid of Xilin Gol, and its practicability, stability and versatility has been verified.
