Wind power as a kind of clean renewable energy, It attracts the attention of countriesall over the world. Although in the large-scale wind energy in China started late, but it isdeveloping very fast in recent years, there may be more than10even dozens of windmachines in a modern large-scale wind farm, and how effectively each wind turbinestatus monitoring and control, so that the whole wind farm is safe, reliable and economicoperation becomes critical.In the current wind farm operation and management the data sharing is poor, thedata which need artificial processing is large, the management department can notaccurately know the situation in a timely manner, the coordinated scheduling of gridcompany is poor too. All these problems affect the management efficiency of large-scalewind farms. The construction of wind farm centralized control system can eliminate the"information island", make the management of whole wind power enterprises develop inthe the direction of information integration, resource optimization, intelligentmanagement and unified scheduling. It can also promote the management level of windfarm and improve the economic benefit.Based on the literature at home and abroad of centralized control system, this paperanalyzes and understands the research status at home and abroad of centralized controlsystem; analyzes the problems existing in the actual wind farm centralized control, putsforward the planning of wind farm centralized control system; the subsystem of the windfarm centralized control system is studied and this paper analyzes the function of eachsubsystem, designs the database schema of each wind farm subsystem based on entitytheory, puts forward the concrete scheme of wind farm centralized control system whichincludes system performance requirements, system hardware configuration and softwareconfiguration, wind farm network access equipment, dispatching automation, etc; Finallythis paper proposes the comprehensive evaluation index system of wind farm centralizedcontrol system and evaluates the wind farm centralized control system by applying thetrapezoidal fuzzy number method.
