With the constant adjustment of the energy industry structure,the new energy sources such as solar energy,wind energy,tidal energy and nuclear energy have gradually become the focus of people's attention.Wind power generation,with its clean,extensive,rich in resources and other characteristics,has obtained the widespread attention.In recent years,the wind power industry is developing rapidly,and its scale is expanding continuously.With the rapid development of the wind power industry,there are also a series of problems: the existing wind farm SCADA system can not be integrated into the power system resources,so it is difficult to realize the data sharing and information exchange between the wind farm and the power grid;fan data interface standards of different fan manufacturers are different,so it is unable to realize the unified monitoring of the wind turbines of different manufacturers in the wind farm;the expansion of wind farm SCADA system is poor,so it is difficult to add the extended part to the original SCADA system when the wind farm is extended;It is hard to predict and solve the wind turbine failure of wind farm.In view of the above problems,in this paper,the SCADA system of the wind farm is studied from the following aspects.First of all,the IEC61400-25 wind farm standard is analyzed to establish the structure model of the wind farm.Then the CIM model is analyzed and the model of the wind farm is established according to the existing CIM model.The CIM model is extended by IEC61400-25 wind farm standard,and the CIM model of wind turbine is established in this paper.Secondly,according to the extended CIM model of the wind farm,we focus on the design of the relational database of the SCADA system of wind farm centralized control center,we also analyze the relationship among the various devices in wind farm and establish a wind turbine data model.In this way,the design convenience and accuracy of the SCADA system are realized.At the same time,a monitoring interface on the wind farm is designed.Thirdly,we design the overall structure of SCADA system and analyze the IEC61400-25 communication model.We use OPC technology to collect the data of wind turbines in wind farm in order to achieve all wind turbines data upload.And the centralized control center is designed to realize the wind farm data receiving,and the monitor of the wind farm is completed.Finally,the threshold of each part of the wind power generator is set up.The weight of each factor is analyzed by using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process when the wind turbine system is in trouble.Then,Due to the instability of wind turbine,short-term power prediction is carried out by the SVM method according to the historical operation data of wind turbine.Based on SCADA system of wind plant,we achieve the integration of wind power system and power system.The design of the SCADA system of the wind farm is convenient,and the integrated management level of the wind farm group is improved,which provides a new model for the construction of the centralized remote monitoring system for the wind farm group in the future.
