One of the most economic and effective method to improve boiler efficiency and reduce emissions of NOxis optimization and adjustment of boiler combustion. In this paper, a660MW ultra supercritical boiler unit as research object,get the influence of the fineness of pulverized coal, primary air, excess air coefficient on the boiler combustion. Through comparative analysis, the best fineness of pulverized coal, primary air and operation oxygen quantity contribute tothe increasing of boiler efficiency, the emission of NOxand the reducing of auxiliary power. The development trend of thermal power plant is large capacityultra supercritical boiler, for the four corner tangentially fired boiler, with theincreasing volume of gas boiler, furnace outlet flow is more complex. According to the problem of the change tendency of the horizontal flue gas temperature and gas temperature deviation is opposite, there are analysis and interpretation inthis paper.Based on the operation and the problem of a660MW boiler, a large number of field tests have been done. The conclusions from the research are: when increasing the speed of the separator of the coal mill, the coal fineness decreases and the currents of the separator and coal mill both increase. The coal fineness and milling electric cost increase with the increase of the primary air flow. At rated load of660MW, operational oxygen is controlled in about3%, opening of sofa wind in80%. The deviation trend of steam temperature in horizontal boiler flue is opposite to the deviation trend of gas temperature. According to the analysis, the gap between the lower left side of the horizontal flue and surface of the horizontal flue is larger."smoke corridor" is formed in the horizontal flue and affects the endothermic of the steam in left, so that the leftsteam temperature of horizontal flue area is lower than the right side...
