Disturbing Load Harmonic Contribution Determination And Its Flexible Management

With the rapid development of society, power system harmonic pollution isbecoming increasingly serious, affect the economic operation of the power grid andpower equipment. How to evaluate the harmonic pollution liability and take measuresto harmonic pollution of economic management, to improve and improve powerquality is of great significance.This paper firstly analyses the existing problem of harmonic management, pointsout that the national standard limit value is a kind of rigid management, lacking theinitiative power of both sides. Secondly, it analyses harmonic contributiondetermination of single bus harmonic source model, proposed improved algorithm ofpartial least square regression, which uses direct orthogonal signal correction methodto eliminate the irrelevant information with variable, the regression results with higherprecision. The simulation and analysis show that the improved algorithm is moreaccurate. Then, the improved genetic projection pursuit using more meaningfulevaluation focused on bus voltage quality level. The method solved the problems thatthe harmonic pollution liability may be the same result when the bus voltage quality atdifferent levels. It will lead to can not quantitative analysis harmonic pollutionliability issues.Based on the evaluation results of harmonic division of responsibility and busvoltage levels, it proposed the harmonic flexible management method. The method ismainly with the harmonic pollution charges and harmonic emission permits trade.Harmonic pollution charges are for user fees in accordance with the harmonicresponsibilities through the progressive tax rate, so that the harmonic pollutionexternal internal non economic behavior, and modeling analysis to obtain the optimalunit harmonic pollution charges the user filter level. Harmonic emission trading isboth through derivation for a supply of something. Capacity factor of the auctionmodel of trading, and theoretically obtained the optimal trading strategy of the auctionprice.
