The main problems were：1. Villas residential plot ratio wasgenerally higher, but the public green space landscape area was lesser,2. The deficiency of villabuilding door model design, leaded to indoor and outdoor space contact and landscape functionlack;3. The copying styles of villa construction and landscape construction from different areas,that neither could be combined with local actual nor adjusted measures to local conditions, causedvilla landscape effect hard to continue;4. The design element of villa landscape was single, onlygiving priority to green plants, but lack of others such as sketch, and hard material landscape tocooperate;5. Villa overall greening quality was low, with single species, and did not do on theplant landscape of the trees, such as “evergreen the shree seasons there are flowers, the shreeseasons have fruit ";6. Give full consideration tofactors， such as traffic, hydrology, economic circle and people-oriented; To respect theconstruction of the villa landscape with characters like the privacy，security, ductility of space，and refinement and personalized; To follow the principles of landscape construction function,scale and proportion with harmonious and unified, comparison and artistic conception; Landscapedesign should pay attention to comprehensive use of various landscape elements; Plant selection should be based on the local "vernacular" plants, and administrators should strengthen the latermaintenance and management of the landscape construction; Pay attention to landscape effect inuse, at the same time pay more attention to the landscape space and function.
