Study On Landscape Planning And Design Of Villa

Villa building is an inevitable product of socioeconomic development and modern city construction.Villa garden landscape construction is getting more and more attention of the resident by the development of the construction of the villa.So it has a significant to research the problems of landscape construction of villa garden.Unlike common residential buildings,villas are more dependent on the natural environment,location and floor area of each household.Apart from residential function,villas,to a large extent,carry a culture and need the landscape as its carrier.Landscape is a key gauge for the luxurious degree of villas.Landscapes design is no villa design.Based on having learned the development of the domestic and oversea villa districts construction systematically,the author has written this essay after the research into the design theories,design principles,design contents and conditions and features of the landscape planning of the current domestic villa projects through the case analysis of some classic villa districts and aims to provide the theoretical support and experience for the planning and designing of villa landscape by applying the related landscape planning and designing and landscape ecology.Three conclusions have been drawn as follows in the essay through the research:(1)To summarize and sum up of the landscape plan of the villa and design theory and the principle through methods such as literature analysis and case study etc.This paper came up with the idea that landscape plan of the villa design should follow the principle of landscape architecture,the theory of landscape design,environmental psychology principle,the principle of environmental behavior,the principle of traditional Feng shui and etc.(2)Based on the case study,the author has analyzed some inland successful villa landscape design.This paper came up with the idea that landscape plan of the villa design should follow the principle of using available resources effectively,the principle of sustainable development,the principle of use function rationality,the principle of combining the natural landscape and human landscape,humanized principle,the principle of economic rationality.(3)This paper take the Tai he Beijing Yard for example,using the above principle and the original terrain and natural landscape design the villa area on the basis of planning idea and principle,According to the actual conditions of the construction land,the idea of planning and design is chosen,and a comprehensive analysis is carried out in combination with different formats for different groups of customers.Planning and designing villas area according to local conditions and different people the scene planning of architects,road traffic system,landscape belt,view spots and the arrangement of plants.Carefully build up a high quality villa area analysis.
