In recent years, with the pace of change continues to accelerate themodernization, a large number of towering building, frame structure and bridgeengineering need to be removed. Blasting method becomes one of the mostcompetitive method of demolition industry because of its simple and quick, efficientand economical. However, large-scale applications in Blasting also exist manyproblems. After blasting structural collapse led to the collapse of ground vibration,because the vibration frequency is closer to the natural frequency of the building thanblasting explosives, the safety of the surrounding buildings need attention and thecontrol of slumping touchdown vibration is necessary. Theoretical studies ofcontrolled blasting is far behind engineering practice. The whole process simulationbefore the removal can master the whole process in advance. It greatly compensatesfor the inadequacy of the theory and has great significance to the feasibility study ofthe blasting schemes.This article describes the research status demolition blasting and commonnumerical analysis method, also explained the importance of the slump touchdownvibration research, a brief summary of the propagation of the shock wave and thecurrent vibration safety standards.
