Automobile industry is the pillar industry of national economy in our country. Itinvolves the national security strategy. Along with the change of automobile productsmarket, the market puts forward higher requirements on electronic technology ofpassenger car. At present, many auto parts are generic products in China, not theinnovation of technology design principle, etc. Secondly, the basic material industryin China is relatively backward. Many manufacturing enterprises product with poormaterial, so the quality of final products is lower than similar foreign products. Theproduct quality problem has never been interrupted, entrepreneurs have more focus onproduct quality testing technology problems.Auto switch is one of the important electric car parts.Its properties have a directimpact on vehicle performance, and safety of the people. If the auto switch on andoff performance has failed or is not obvious, it is easy to cause traffic accidents. InChina, the main method of auto switch detection is manual inspection. However,manual testing is inefficient, labor-intensive and costly. Many manufacturers usingtraditional simulation and test methods detect auto switch performance. That is, afterauto switch circuit connected, using lights to simulate the switch status, such aspulling the combination switch to intermittent gear, blinking The LED should beintermittent. This method, less universal, low efficiency, low precision, has strictdemands on the staff, and is easy to cause error during testing.This thesis mainly studies Boolean compatible passenger car type switchdetection system, detection include the pressure drop between inserts, on and off, andthe output voltage. First according to the concrete demand of enterprise, thetheoretical analysis was firstly carried on.Through the comparison of schemes, theproposal is determined. Then the test bench, tooling system electric control systemand visualization system are designed. With advanced electronic electriciantechnology, data acquisition technology and computer technology as the foundation,using common computer and PCI data acquisition card and LCD display, collects highspeed real-time data step by step and records data after the computer analysis. Withdelphi7.0as a development tool, access2003as a database platform, a complete set ofindustrial control software system will be designed and developed in order to achievethe man-machine perfect cooperation. Meanwhile, through this project, a set ofdetection system of passenger car Boolean compatible switch will be developed, which has the property of strong availability, modular, and access to a variety ofproducts. The test equipment, which will be used in the actual production, can reduceconsumption of enterprise resources such as manpower material resources.Additionally, it is able to improve the efficiency of the actual production, bring hugeeconomic benefits for the enterprise and help enterprise to win a good marketreputation.
