In the 220 kV system,the Stability Control device and the 220 kV Auto-Switch-On device play an important role in the security and stability of the system and the continuous and reliable power supply,many 220 kV hub substations in Guangdong power grid are equipped with a stable substation and a 220 kV automatic switching device.However,in actual operation,it is found that there are quite a few secondary loop repetitive access problems in the two conventional devices.On the one hand,it increases the complexity and repeatability of the two circuit of 220 kV system;on the other hand,it brings potential risks to routine operation maintenance and debugging.Therefore,it is necessary to further optimize the two security automation devices,and to optimize the integration of their external basic conditions and functional logic,and further improve the safety automation level of Guangdong Power Grid.Based on the current application status of the stability and self-injection devices of 220 kV substation in Guangdong Power Grid,this paper studies the input and output configuration,functional defects,operation and maintenance of the two devices.The paper proposes an integrated plan,forming an integrated model of terminal execution station function and standby self-injection function integrated with Guangdong power grid stability control system.On this basis,the paper focuses on the analysis of the collection,distribution and coordination of the self-injection function and the stability control function,which need independent judgment and coordination,and solved the problem of integration and coordination between the two.An improved optimization strategy is proposed for the adaptability,load shedding strategy and faultless tripping criteria of the two sets of devices,solved the defects of the original device.In addition,based on real-time information,the integrated environmental monitoring system of the control system of the self-installation device has carried out a series of dynamic model tests and joint adjustment tests,which effectively demonstrates the accuracy and reliability of the integration of safety and stability.The related work of this paper can promote the comprehensive safety automatic device to realize the functions of traditional safety device and 220 kV standby self-injection device,and meet the important mission of 220 kV substation to undertake power grid safety and stability control and power supply reliability,and has good practical value.
