Research And Realization Of Process Planning Based On Integration Of Planning And Scheduling

Process planning runs through the entire production process, have a guiding rolein the manufacturing process, while it is manufacturing resources. Currently, researchfor process planning, particularly in the case of manufacturing resources change,attracts more and more attention of researchers and engineers. Dynamic processplanning based on integration framework of process planning and shop scheduling inthis paper have an effective solution for manufacturing resource change and theresponse problems of CAPP system under unexpected situations.The main purpose of this paper is to deeply study the integrationdecision-making and optimization mechanism of process planning and shopscheduling, to explore the solving methods of process planning problems underintegration framework of both, so as to achieve the flexibility and dynamic nature ofprocess planning. Firstly, this paper deeply studies manufacturing resourceinformation: on the basis of the classification for the manufacturing resourceinformation, proposes means of expression of manufacturing resources informationbased on process elements, and gives mapping mechanism between process schemeand manufacturing resource information, this mapping mechanism provides aguideline for the study of follow-up questions. Secondly, the paper deeply studiesintegrated decision and optimization problem of process planning and shopscheduling: analyzes and studies the necessity of the integration of planning andscheduling for dynamic process planning, puts forward the integrated framework ofboth, and describes in detail optimization problems of the integration of planning andscheduling. Then, on the basis of the above research, this article studies processplanning problems based on integration decision of planning and scheduling: first,have an overview for process planning based on integration framework, providesmathematical model of the problems based on integration decision; second, deeplystudies application of Genetic Algorithm in process planning problems and shopscheduling problems, analyzes solving process of Genetic Algorithm; third, for thecharacteristics of problem the paper studied, provides solving methods of the modelbased on improved Genetic Algorithm, and gives the detail solving process.The fifth chapter of this paper designs and develops CAPP system based onintegration decision of planning and scheduling, combining theoretical researchresults of the full text and working foundation the task group already had, this system has a good solution for the dynamic process planning problem.Finally, this paper summarizes the full text, and points out further researchdirections and deficiencies existed in this study, with a view to provide ideas for thdfollow-up studies.
