As economic globalization and scientific technologies develop rapidly, advanced technologies that is marked by IT has been penetrating every respect of economic and social life,becoming a driving force to upgrade industrial structure,improve efficiency of labor,to propel economic growth and facilitate social progress.With the progress of our society and affluence in productive materials, people's need for consumables has been diversified and customized thanks to ample products.Consequently,production mode of small-batch and various-type has been dominant in modern manufacturing enterprises.It is of great importance to conduct researches on optimization of Computer Aided Process Planning(CAPP)and Production Planning Scheduling(PPS)under informationization circumstances so as to increase utility rate of business resources and make a more swift response to market.The major work and contributions of the paper are as follows:1,The paper constructs CAPP under informationization circumstances in manufacturing industry,introduces an integrated model of PPS,put forward an overall plan of the integrated system.2,We conduct the research on assembly design based on features of flow industries,propose an autonomous approach of assembly design based on genetic algorithm,and develops an autonomous module of assembly process based on enterprise manufacturing resources.3,The paper studies generation methods of CAPP alternative process route. It also discusses how to establish knowledge database based on production rules and relationship database.In combination with forward reasoning,we can get multi-process planning,and net chart with Activity On Vertex(AOV)to represent multi-process planning.4,The paper proposes a model of scheduling based on the capacity balance of production line in flow shop.We use heuristic rules and genetic algorithms to realize optimization of resources and scheduling.5,We structure and develop an autonomous model of production capacity optimization and scheduling in job shop,meanwhile,study approaches of multi-process planning,including optimization of process planning and scheduling.
