Axle bearing member is a core operation and traveling throughout theDepartment, under the truck to carry the main work of this workingenvironment. It is often greater than the loads of other types of cars severaltimes, but to also ensure the safe operation of heavy-duty truck and driving, wemust conduct a comprehensive analysis of its fatigue life, to ensure the strengthand stiffness of the fatigue life of fly premise, as far as possible decreases forhigher axle mass production economy and ride comfort, which is of greatsignificance for accelerating the development of the automotive industry.Analysis based on a comprehensive analysis of the fatigue life of the axle, refer to the relevant standard checking4BZFTJ1fatigue life of the rear axle andaxle fatigue test bench to verify, analyze key parts of this paper, the stressconditions using finite element analysis and fatigue. The results of both highconsistency, maximum maximum vertical stress conditions are less than thematerial allowable stress,4BZFTJ1rear axle strength, stiffness meet therequirements. Finite element analysis of the fatigue life of960,380times, benchfatigue life of996,000times.And on the rear axle crack growth analysis, analyzed the propagationdirection and the crack propagation rate, the results obtained with the previousfinite element analysis and bench also mutual authentication. According to thedirection of crack propagation theory is basically the same with the actualsituation, and then calculate the crack initiation from the beginning to think itscomplete failure of the crack growth rate, the vibration life of928,700times,given the number of vibrations crack initiation time, so its value slightly lessthan the finite element results and bench test results are normal.According fatigue finite element analysis, and computational analyzesbench crack theory analysis, meet single axle80million times, three of not lessthan50million times the fatigue life of the requirements.
