| Vehicle terminal,as the core of intelligent transportation system,plays animportant role in solving road congestion which has become more and more seriousnowadays and improving traffic conditions.It combines the most advanced satellitepositioning technology,database technology and wireless communication technologynowadays into embedded system,successfully realize the functions of vehiclenavigation,positioning,image transmission and real-time vehicle informationreleasing,etc.,provide a convenient and effient service for users and let they obtainthe vehicle information safely, accurately and quickly.In consideration of cost,volume and other performance factors of vehicleterminal, this thesis decides to adopt designing method of the embeddedsystem,bases on the ARM9processor hardware platform,blends with BeidouNavigation and positioning technology, sensor technology, image acquisitiontechnology and GPRS wireless transmission technology,can gather the navigationand positioning information from beidou satellite,persons of car, the watertemperature of automobile engine and video images inside the car,and communicatewith the control center of ITS by GPRS wireless communication technology,at themeantime,the control center can also send command to the vehicle terminal toachieve the goal of tracking and supervise vehicle operating.No matter at the aspectsof safety or technology,Beidou navigation system is reliable.This system provide aconvenient navigation and positioning service by analysis the data from beidousatellite,which obtained through design and programing navigation chip.To facilitate the vehicle dispatch of the ITS control center, this system isdesigned with the information collection module, which can collect a variety ofinformation of vehicle, such as the number of passengers, open and close conditionof the door, oil consumption and vehicle status, etc. As a result, the control centercan make more reasonable scheduling strategy to improve the efficiency of vehicleoperation management. At the same time, a video image acquisition system whichbased on V4L2interface module is exploited to real time monitoring the vehiclestatus, and timely report to the control center in the case of emergency, and makesdriving safer. The vehicle terminal has lots of communication methods,this system mainly applies GPRS communication with beidou communication as complement toprevent the communication interruption in case of emergency, which improves thereliability of communication.In the end of this thesis,we have an experimental verification to the vehicleterminal of ITS,which porves the information collection module and communicationmodule and others modules runing reliable and stable.This successful application toutilize Beidou technology, information acquisition technology and GPRS wirelesscommunication technology into vehicle terminal laid a foundation for furtherstudy,and I also raise my personal suggestions and prospects. |
