PC-LED has been widely used in lighting area. However, when working for a long time,PC-LED will generate color temperature offset, which has significant influence on its luminouseffect. Especially for the places that has high requirements on the stability of color temperature,for example, museum and gallery. So, to find a method of effectively controlling PC-LED’s colortemperature is worthy trying. In this research, a color temperature controlling system isproposed.In this paper, firstly we concluded the decay regular of blue light emitting and phosphorconversion for PC-LED by analyzing the various of decay mechanism, and we discussed therelationship between color temperature and color coordinates in the decay process of PC-LEDthough experiment.Then a PC-LED mathematical model for color coordinates, which consist ofblue color coordinate and yellow color coordinate, is established based on chromaticity colormixing principle. We established a stable color temperature model of light ratio, put forward alight source module consisted of adjusted blue LED and white LED. By adjust the blue lightLED, the method of stable color temperature control could be implemented.Finally, a colortemperature stable control system for white LED was designed based on this method, and thestability of this system was analyzed and discussed.
