LED light source is known as "green energy lighting".White LED has many advantages compared with the traditional light source,snch as no thermal radiation,low power consumption,small size,fast response and so on.At the same time,there are different color temperature of white light from warm white to cold white.The correlated color temperature is between 2700 K and 8500 K.With solid lighting technology,designers can get a new function.For example,A adjustable color temperature white light LED is constructed.LED is a kind of electrical luminescent device.When LED is drived,the increase of current will raise the junction temperature of P-N.If the heat generated by the P-N does not emiss as soon as possible,it will make the LED spectrum red shift,and even damage the device.Not only causes the variation of LED photoelectric characteristics,but also affects the response characteristics of the optical filter to the incident spectrum,with the temperature and current of white LED device varied in LED lighting control system,even vaying the color and illumination characteristics.In summary,the domestic and international research teams has focus on how to construct the internal rule of color-optical-electrical-thermal on the LED systems under the steady and transient condition.At present,the illumination model of the LED system is based on the same device parameters.There are significant differences in the characteristics of LED light source of this project and the illumination of LED integrated system is unknown.The topic of this work is exploring the color model of LED system and the related study is relatively few.Therefore,in view of the impact of the basic physical factors of the photometric characteristics of LED system and the internal influence of color-optical-electrical-thermal,this topic reveals the intrinsic relationship between the position,current amplitude,duty cycle,illumination and color of the LED device in the system.Based on the established model,the control of photometric characteristics of LED system is conducted.
