Combined with the actualsituation of the characteristics and needs of the project in the field of industrialautomation and control technology, learn from the advanced experience and matureapplications, the need to develop a continuous work long hours, high reliability sensormonitoring systems to meet a variety of sensors can be tested to meet themulti-species use conditions, high reliability applications.In this paper, a space station mission requirements environmental control and lifesupport systems for sensor monitoring system carried out a detailed analysis todetermine the feasibility of the overall program in a timely manner, establish a systemconsisting of hardware, software architecture, implementation methods and othertechnical route.By general functional requirements analysis, design, sensor monitoring systemhardware consists of a notebook computer, power conversion modules, sensor typeidentification unit module, channel switching main hardware control module, dataacquisition module, self-test unit and other components. Data acquisition sensor typeidentification, access control functions are used in a variety of models of Advantech’sADAM monitoring module via RS485serial data interface bus together to achievenormalized data interface, so that the data link concise clear. Query by a computermodule and control signals via RS485serial communication to achieve channeldetection sensors, power switch and switch parameter acquisition, self-test and othermajor functions.Sensor monitoring system software development using Visual Studio2012.Software is divided into two major functions: interface management, data storage.Sensors monitor the system software for data acquisition, control, analysis, storage,settings and other functions. Monitoring and control software via RS485port on thehardware system, rapid access to external information and measurement parametersdetected by the port output control system status. Software to build real-time dataacquisition and data processing system, real-time data acquisition, storage and dataquery functions; create dynamic, visual, friendly interface functionality. In the software development process by automatically identifying and extractingthe information of the sensor is calculated to achieve a fit test personnel sensor datainjection during facilitation formula for multi-sensor monitoring, analysis andevaluation to provide protection. To achieve the expansion and parameter monitoringapplications correction of a variety of sensors to provide by building quick and easycustom configuration function sensor monitoring system expansion capabilities thatenable sensor type definition and change, correction formulas, management and othercustom interfaces since the upgrade function.Research and implementation of this project through, for monitoring theapplication of environmental control and life support ISS sensor provides a stable andreliable means of testing for performance testing of a variety of sensors, calibration,measurement, life testing, analysis and evaluation of the differences between the testand provides effective system support for universal measuring instruments used inaerospace monitoring tasks to explore some aspects of appropriate technology.
