The storage box environmental monitoring device is an electronic device mounted on the logistics storage and transportation box.The sensor terminal of the device inserts into the storage and transportation box,and the other terminal is fixed on the storage and transportation box.The device can be work in real time mode and time control mode.The temperature,humidity,pressure and nitrogen concentration in the storage and transportation tank are monitored in the mode.In this thesis,through the research of the circuit structure and sensor data processing of the storage and transportation box environmental monitoring device,an environmental testing equipment suitable for logistics storage and transportation is designed.On the basis of studying the work requirements of logistics storage and transportation,this thesis designs an implementation scheme of detachable environmental monitoring device controlled by upper computer and lower microchip STM32.The upper computer creates display interface based on MFC,and the lower microchip is based on STM32.The sensor data and workflow control were processed,and the feasibility of the solution was proved by the prototype test.In order to improve the working life of the lower part of the monitoring device powered by the lithium battery,the STM32 enters periodic sleep after finishing testing and wake up when needing testing in the time control mode.In order to realize the orderly storage and readout of sensor historical data in variable cycle mode,a set of storage and read algorithms can be realized with simple instructions.In order to maximize the accuracy of the sensor monitoring parameters,the sensor output is corrected by multi-sensor data complementation.The environmental monitoring device mainly comprises a core control module and a sensor interface module.The workflow of the control module is designed and data storage scheme are proposed.The sensor data correction algorithm is given.The communication protocol and display interface are designed and drawn.The environment monitoring device with STM32 and handheld tablet as the core was made.The debugging and experiment were completed in the laboratory and put into use in the actual place.The results show that the sensor device designed in this thesis can be stored and transported in logistics.The link works effectively.
