With the rapid development of new energy,the number of wind farms is increasing in many years,which brings new challenges to the operation and management of new energy companies.The operation and management of the regional centralized control center of Datang New Energy Mongxi Company mainly includes the monitoring and statistics of wind farm data,the benchmarking of wind farm operation data and the management and control of wind farm operation mode.This paper takes the regional centralized control center of Datang New Energy Mongxi Company as the research object.Through investigation and research,it is found that the main problems facing the centralized control center at present are:huge operation management data,low efficiency of benchmarking management and large-scale idle data.For this reason,this paper studies from three aspects:visual simplified management,multi-dimensional index efficient benchmarking and efficient utilization of idle data,optimizes the existing operation management mechanism,enriches the existing management functions,and promotes the further improvement of the operation and management level of the regional centralized control center of Datang New Energy Mongxi Company.Firstly,the principal component analysis method is used to sort out the correlation among the monitoring data of wind farms from multiple dimensions,rationally reduce the dimension and simplify the operation management data of wind farms,and solve the problem of statistical disorder of wind farm data.It is convenient for operation managers to screen out important information from huge databases,and effectively improve the execution efficiency and collection of operation managers.Management efficiency of control center.Secondly,aiming at the problems of single evaluation index and low efficiency existing in the current benchmarking management,the qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation are improved.In the aspect of qualitative analysis,a multi-dimensional index evaluation and management system is established based on radar chart,which realizes the horizontal and vertical alignment of wind farm operation management data in multi-dimensions.In the aspect of quantitative analysis,the comprehensive scores of wind farm alignment results are calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fed back to managers,which greatly reduces the decision-making time of managers and improves management efficiency.And quality.Then,in order to improve the low utilization rate of large data in wind farms by existing centralized control centers,a power prediction algorithm for wind farms is proposed,which can realize the operation,maintenance and repair of wind turbines in wind farms more economically and reasonably,and improve the fine level of operation mode management and control.Finally,based on the above research,this paper puts forward some operation and management suggestions for the regional centralized control center of Datang New Energy Mengxi Company,which can effectively reduce the work intensity of operation managers,improve the operation and management efficiency of the centralized control center of the company,and further improve management efficiency and environmental protection in order to meet the regulatory requirements of the national and local governments for safety,reliability,economy and other work.Fine level,lay the foundation for efficient operation and management.
