| Belt filter press is widely used in chemical industry, coal, paper making,environmental protection and other fields because of its advantages such as lowenergy consumption, great capacity of sludge treatment and continuous operation. Thesignificant vibration and impact phenomenon when starting and the slip problemduring work directly affect the stability and reliability of belt filter press, andaccelerate the wear failure of drive system, so it is necessary to deeply research thedynamic characteristics of belt filter press drive system. Taking the belt filter pressdrive system for research object, theory and method such as mechanical dynamics,geotechnical mechanics, mechanical vibration, experiment design and mechanicalsystem modeling and dynamic analysis are used synthetically. The research is studiedaround the dynamics modeling, dynamic characteristics simulation analysis andoptimization of structural parameters, the main research contents are as follows:Firstly, a dynamical modal of belt filter press drive system is established. Theequivalent sludge load model under working conditions is established by convertingthe sludge load into equivalent external torque on each roller; The tension modal isestablished by considering the effect of the belt deflection along contact arc of theroller on the tension; The rotational motion model of each roller and the rectilinearmotion model of tensioner roller are established by analysing the force of each roller;The rotational vibration response model is established by using the steady-statesolution method.Secondly, the dynamics characteristics of belt filter press drive system issimulated. The first three order modal analysis of the drive system is carried out, andthen the effect of the driving roller speed on the steady-state tractive tension arestudied, and the effect of the preload of tensioner roller and the driving roller speedon the steady-state slip factor are also analyzed. Then the dynamic characteristics ofthe drive system are simulated by using Matlab/Simulink software. The effect of thesudden torque variation of the driving roller and the longitudinal meshing impact ofsprocket transmission on the dynamic characteristics of belt filter press drive systemare studied, and the effect of the belt stiffness and the preload of tensioner roller onthe slip trend are also analyzed. The research can explain the mechanism of belt filterpress oscillation and vibration and the belt slipping, and can be helpful for dynamicdesign of belt filter press drive system.Thirdly, structural parameters of the rollers of belt filter press pressuredewatering zone are optimized by using orthogonal experimental design method to optimize the diameter and the location of the center of pressure roller. Using thediameter and the location of the center of pressure roller as the design factors, and theminimum average tension fluctuation amplitude of pressure dewatering zone as theoptimization goal, visual analysis and variance analysis of the orthogonal experimentresults are carried out, and the optimal combination of each factor level value areobtained. Through simulation analysis of MATLAB/Simulink software, it isconcluded that the average tension fluctuation amplitude of pressure dewatering zoneis decreased by28.6%, and belt filter press drive system can obtain better dynamiccharacteristics after optimization of structural parameters. |
