As the rapid development of the global energy and the environmental protection industry, food, biochemical, metallurgy, coal and other industries's demand of high purity, high grade, filtration and separation machinery industry get more and more attention of the countries. Press filter is a kind of intermittent filter separation equipment, mainly for solid liquid two phase separation operation, wide application. With the development of computer technology, we still can use computer software to filter press's characteristic conduct virtual simulation, this will save the research time, and improve the efficiency. Through the simulation results can be clearly observed its features, and provides theory basis for the optimization design for later.First of all, according to the given parameters of filter press and process flow diagram, this paper analysis and selection of oil cylinder of filter press, the cycle of oil way, speed control scheme and hydraulic power source. Then the hydraulic circuit of the filter press is analyzed to choose and draw up the hydraulic system schematic diagram. According to the proposed hydraulic system schematic diagram, actuators, calculate and choose the hydraulic pump and hydraulic auxiliary parts and instructions the hydraulic system's principle in detail.According to the designed filter press hydraulic system, using AMESim master cylinder pressure of filter press filter plate pressure, the main oil cylinder pressure to return to the stage and the plate motor discharge stage hydraulic system modeling and simulation analysis, it is concluded that dynamic characteristic of the filter press actuators. Which in the main oil cylinder compression pressure stage, analysis the dynamic characteristics of the main oil cylinder compression process, the main oil cylinder compression pressure maintaining phase accumulator of dynamic characteristics and the accumulator to the main oil cylinder compression pressure maintaining phase influence for dynamic simulation of hydraulic system. In the main oil cylinder pressure to return to the stage, analysis the main oil cylinder pressure returning process's the hydraulic cylinder dynamic characteristic and the main cylinder pressure to return to the stage system pressure change. The pull board motor discharge stage, to pull board the variation of output torque in motor racing and output in the presence of load torque, motor instantaneous starts to pull board output of changes, the rotational inertia of the load to pull board motor output influence dynamic simulation, etc. For analyze the simulation results and conclusions. This article also research filter press control system control method, For S7-200 PLC to control the filter press system has carried on the simple design, and provides theory basis for the optimization design for later.
