| In the face of the background of economic globalization and the further deepening of reform and opening up,the logistics industry has developed soundly.The development of our country’s logistics industry is steadily advancing and improving.The same is true in the field of conveyors.The development of conveyors that adapt to complex working conditions and overcome the shortcomings of other traditional conveyors has become a general trend.Compared with the conventional belt conveyor,the pressure belt conveyor has many advantages: the length of the whole machine is short,the weight is light,and the investment is low;there is no falling material and dust flying and other similar phenomena,the working environment is clean;the process layout of the whole machine Flexible and so on.The pressure belt conveyor clamps the conveyed material between the upper and lower conveyor belts(the upper belt is called the pressure belt and the lower belt is called the carrier belt),and the material particles are tightly wrapped in the two conveyor belts.Inside the cavity(in general,there will be no misalignment between the material particles),so as to realize the transportation of the material.Due to the special structure of the pressure belt conveyor itself,in actual use(especially in the case of long-distance and high-speed operation),the conveyor belt bears greater pressure from the material,especially the carrier belt(lower belt),If the control is improper,it will not only fail to meet the drape requirements of the belt conveyor,but also affect the normal operation of the whole machine,and even damage the whole machine and cause accidents.Therefore,it is of great value to study the reliability of the belt conveyor with large capacity and high inclination.Therefore,in order for the belt press belt conveyor to have a better development and application prospects in the future and better meet the actual needs,it is necessary to accurately analyze its conveyor belt and find the relevant factors that affect the reliability of the conveyor belt and how this factor is affect the conveyor belt.Then optimize the relevant design parameters of the belt conveyor,improve the safety and reliability of the whole machine operation,and provide a certain reference for its practical application.In this paper,by studying the relevant design theories of relevant belt conveyors,the local force model is established,and the relevant formulas are further analyzed and perfected,and reasonable deductions are made.According to the given relative material density,closed cavity volume,and friction coefficient,Calculate the pressing force exerted on the pressure belt with other parameters.At the same time,it sorts out and analyzes the relevant drape theory of belt conveyors.According to the parameters of the built model’s idler spacing,conveying inclination,relative drape,etc,substitute the derived formula to calculate the tension force applied to the two conveyor belts.After determining the compression force applied to the overburden belt and the tension force applied to the two ends of the two conveyor belts,the partial model of the established belt conveyor was analysed statically by using the sub-module Workbench in the ANSYS analysis software.By analyzing the stress and strain cloud diagram,we found the easily damaged parts of the pressure belt conveyor.By comparing the pressing force of the pressing belt with different values,we try to looking for the law of the influence of the pressing force on the stress and strain of the conveyor belt and find the appropriate using range of the pressing force by further analysis;by drawing the model of different roller spacing,adding different materials(that is different densities)into the closed cavity formed by the pressure belt carrier belt,as an independent variable(Important factors affecting the work of the conveyor belt),summarize its influence on the deformation stress and strain of the conveyor belt,so as to find the appropriate roller spacing of the belt conveyor.The final results show that the simulation results of the pressure belt conveyor belt have a certain reference value,which can provide a reference for its application in practice,and provide a valuable reference for its later maintenance and operational reliability. |
