In our country’s water diversion project in the central Yunnan province,South-to-North water diversion project, the aqueduct is widely used as an importantbuilding structure type. When need to decorate multiple aqueducts along the line, howto be able to be reflected in the designers’ thought and to avoid repeated work is aproblem of designer. The prestressed reinforcement design as an important guaranteefor the structural safety has always been the difficulty of the design, especially whenaqueduct structure and size is changed caused by the change of the design conditions,able to quickly and accurately make the appropriate reinforcement design, orconsideration for structural optimization when need to adjust the design, is the focusof this study. The paper based on the components of three dimensional parametricreinforcement method achieved a rapid reinforcement design of the aqueduct, and thereinforcement results were visual represented. The paper first researched thereinforcement of prestressed aqueduct parametric design methods, taking into accountthe closely connection of reinforcement design and structural design, proposedparametric Linkage design ideas and numerical optimization methods, on this basis,through exploiting parametric design platform to achieve the architectonics andreinforcement design. Based on these ideas, the main work can be divided into thefollowing several aspects:(1) Prestressed aqueduct parameterized reinforcement design method research.Reasonable calculation theory is the basis of the reinforcement design, in thereinforcement design method considering the lateral wall of the three super quiescenttheorem to aqueduct body structure internal force analysis, configuration of steelstrands according to the results of the internal force calculation, on that basis therealization method of parametric reinforcement prestressed aqueduct are expoundedsystematacially and the reinforcement results of parameterized expression arestudied, realize parameterized arrangement of control, and provide visualreinforcement.(2) Prestressed aqueduct parametric linkage design and optimization ofnumerical simulation research.3-d parametric linkage prestressed aqueduct designthroughout the entire design process, the article put forward linkage design ideassystematacially, provide guidance for parametric design. By using APDL parametric language realized aqueduct structure optimization design. The numerical simulationoptimization is not only the result of the reinforcement design of verification, but alsoin different reinforcement parameters and arrangements for variables, under thecondition of structural safety and engineering economy, with structure optimal orreinforcement quantity optimal volume as the objective function, for designoptimization.(3) Development of parametric design platform of prestressed concrete aqueduct.Under the guidance of parametric reinforcement methods and expression,3-dparametric reinforcement are realized by develop parametric design platform. Theplatform centered on the database, integrated the database management, aqueductparametric design, aqueduct parameterized modeling, aqueduct numerical simulationoptimization and engineering drawing output of five modules, perfect the aqueductparametric design process, realized preliminary design for fast and efficient ofprestressed aqueduct.(4) Combined with the engineering examples, some typical aqueduct of the waterdiversion project in Yunnan are conducted by three-dimensional parametric design,and the aqueduct structure with reinforcement are optimization designed, the design isproven to be reasonable and superiority.
