With increasing levels of automation technology, industrial automation integration among its requirements have become more sophisticated, and thus linked to synchronize multiple devices require more and more. In this linkage synchronized production line, to solve the multi-motor synchronous drive control is the primary problem. In this paper, the development process of synchronization control of multi-motor approach by reviewing, analyzing mechanical line shaft synchronization mode, synchronous master structure, the principle of cross-coupled control and analyze sticker coating line control all major regions, and finally to resolve Siemens6SE70series inverter master-slave control in a multi-motor synchronous drive the implementation and application mode.In this paper, based on the motor-driven control theory, a detailed description of the synchronous control mode and the main principles of the sticker coating line processes, such as unwinding machine tension control, diameter calculation, speed synchronization and torque load sharing principle when unwinding flip,6rolls silicon on synchronization control, cooling wheel, the stick plying-up control and so on. The article also discusses the Siemens6SE70driver series, Siemens PLC electrical hardware system configuration specific applications, such as the design of the PLC program, drive parameter setting, PLC communication with the6se70drives and to set, and the HMI applications was designed with the INTOUCH software.Through the above analysis and discussion of this paper is to solve that which the industrial automation continuous production line, for different situations, and how to work to achieve better speed synchronization and tension control, and provides a solution based on SIEMENS S7-400, MASTERDRTVER, Profibus-DP and the HMI with the INTOUCH software, and supply an effective technical reference for other designers.
