Launch adapter is an advanced technology, which not only has simplestructure but also convenient to filling. During the standby time, adapter wasfixed in launch canister to support missile. During operation, it heading themissile to proper position, which main role is to protect missile launch tube andmake sure the proper transfer load between the missile and launch canister. Afterleaving canister, because of separation device, adapter would affected byaerodynamic effects, tude and outside atmosphere motion trajectory forcomplicated and uncertain move track. So one of the key technologies toimprove the fighting capacity was to guarantee reliable separation betweenadapter and missile, but also to improve the success rate of emission.According to computed fluid mechanic method, this paper obtained properdistributing of gas power parameter and built up gas power database; based onDual Euler method solve the space six freedom degrees flight equation; to thegas power parameter, put a value by the parameter inside the databas e, afterseparate obtain flight track data. According to the random sampling methodbuild up various random factor circumstance under adapter separation reliabilitymodule and data; Completed adapter separation3D visual develop by virtualrealistic tool (Virtools); based on the C++developed virtual player and imitatethe ture parameter constitutioin mold piece.
