Research On Planning And Practece Of Agricultural Technology Demonstration Park

Agricultural technology demonstration parks evolve with theadvances of agricultural technology, the development of the urbanagriculture and the change of the agricultural development model.Agricultural technology demonstration parks designate certain areas,which is featured in the new agricultural varieties and technologies andinvested by the government, enterprises or foreigners.It is moderntechnology test and practice base with the functions of agricultureproduction, technology demonstrations, science education and others.Currently, there are some study about the existing problems anddevelopment mechanism of the agricultural technology demonstrationparks, but researches on the planning and design are less.Targeting at exploring the planning and design of agriculturaltechnology demonstration parks, this article analyzes typical cases byusing the method of searching literature, field researching and analyzingcomprehensively, and then analyzes resource characteristics, classification features, functional area, the road system and theadvantages and disadvantages. Simultaneously, this article researches onplanning and design of the agricultural technology demonstration parksby applying theoretical knowledge of landscape, recreation experience,sustainable development and industry coupling, then applies them to theactual case.Research as follows:In the first part, the author describes the basic concept and the corevalues, and outlines its characteristics, types and situation at home andabroad.The second part selects the typical cases by determining theconstruction indicators of the agricultural technology demonstration parks,and analyzes the typical cases by using the method of searching literature,field researching and analyzing comprehensively, then analyzes resourcecharacteristics, classification features, functional area, the road systemand the advantages and disadvantages.Continually，based on theoretical knowledge of landscape, recreationexperience, sustainable development and industry coupling, this articleputs forwards planning and design principles combined with analysis ofthe typical cases. Then this article makes specific planning measures onthe functional zoning, road system, greening, landscape controlling andsecurity systems,which is on the basis of analyzing the pre-conditions, the overall positioning and industry layout and other aspects,to guide theplanning and design of the agricultural technology demonstration parks.At last，after the research of planning theory, the article verifies thatthe rationality and scientism of the plan based on Shandong GaoqingAgricultural Technology Demonstration Parks,then proposes the researchprospects.
