Reconnaissance and attack mission planning techniques make it possible, toblockade airspace, to find target and hit it accurately in unknown environment.Reconnaissance and attack mission planning techniques mainly study on UnmannedAerial Vehicle (UAV), build control architecture, and design planning strategies toobtain a more effective ability for UAV to complete tasks by cooperative search andindependent attack. Template-based looping path for multi-UAV cooperativereconnaissance and attack segment path planning based on Bilateral Searching Modelare the core of reconnaissance and attack mission planning.Main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:1.On the question that the enemy situation in target area is unknown, this paperclassifies UAV mission mode into Reconnaissance Mode and Attack Mode, proposesoverall solution for mission planning. Making appropriate planning methodsaccording to the grating searching method for reconnaissance mode; Making progressin searching space for A*algorithm and establish threat model according attack mode.2. Analysising the working mode of UAV for reconnaissance mission.Multi-UAV perform cooperative reconnaissance mission aiming at circular target areaand rectangle airport target area in unknown environment, planning the cooperativereconnaissance path using template-based looping path.3.This paper proposes the Bilateral Searching Model. To solve complicatedproblems with entering direction and threat information aiming at attack path by themodel searching from start point and target point at the same time. Some adaptiveimproves are put forward, such as delete direct point and meet the small environmentapplication needs, and varified through Matlab simulation platform.4. Calculating operational effectiveness for execution of the mission according tothe Probability Modeling of Autonomous Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles, toverify the method can meet the tactical requirements. Drawing target damage diagramwith different sorties and different the voyage of UAV.The research of this paper solves the planning method problem of UAVreconnaissance and attack in unknown environment, and realizes the fight purpose ofreconnaissance and attack integration. The research of this paper makes multi-UAVsettling with tasks in complicated situations easily.
