Two-dimensional trajectory correction munitionsis is popular with its flexible way ofusing, good hit accuracy and excellent operational effectiveness.The process ofaccomplishing trajectory correction includes severval steps and roll angle measurement isone of them.It is the essential condition that accomplishing roll angle measurment stablyand high-precision. Therefore, it is significant to accomplish the high-accuracy survey ofroll angle of spin-stabilized projectile.Because of the characteristics of spin-stabilized projectile, conventional methods suchas using acceleration sensor, gyroscope, solar azimuth, and ephemeris can not meetrequirements.Since the geomagnetic field is passive, all-time, all-weather and all terrain, itis an effective method to use magnetic sensor to accomplish roll angle measurement ofspin-stabilized projectile by taking geomagnetic field elements as benchmarks.Aiming at roll angle measuring method and accuracy issues, this paper firstlyanalyzesd how the changes of geomagnetic field influenced the roll angle measurementduring flight. Then, combined with little changes in yaw angle, this paper proposed amethod that using of two orthogonal arrangement magnetoresistive sensors to accomplishdata measurement. Meanwhile, in order to achieve accurate measurement date, the paperproposed a weak signal extraction and roll angle calculating method by using phase lockedloop, accomplished the modeling and analysis of second-order phase-locked loop, andverified the performance of the loop.At the same time, this paper accomplished theprototype by using magnetoresistive sensors and ARM microprocessor, and accomplishedthe low-speed experiments and simulation experiments.Turntable experiment and simulation data showed that phase-locked loop signaltracking solution can accomplish the roll angel measurement of spin-stabilized projectile.
