| The data information integrating of CAD/CAE/CAPP systems is one of the keytechniques in the development of mechanical manufacturing. It needs to solve theseproblems urgently, because not compatible, not recognition and informationtransmission errors or lost in the process of data information sharing and exchanging.STEP standard as a neutral mechanism does not depend on any system. Applied STEPstandard to describe information in the whole life cycle of product，can solve theproblems that exiting in the process of data exchange. At present, most CAX softwaresystems provide a STEP interface. They adopt STEP AP203application standardprotocol. AP203mainly describes the design of the mechanical parts and assemblyparts, products, materials, technology, etc. Geometric information based on STEP canfully express in the CAD system. It will not be able to express simulation informationin the CAE system. In order to solve this problem, this paper established a simulationinformation model of mechanical product to describe the product motion simulationcharacteristics.The research work in this thesis mainly has the following four aspects:(1)Combined kinematic integrated application resource of STEP standard,summarized the main features in the process of simulation analysis, Establishedmechanical product motion simulation information model.(2)Studied the method for generating STEP neutral file, use the ST-Developer andC++programming method, Get a STEP neutral file from the EXPRESS file of motionsimulation information.(3) Established a motion simulation information modeling system based on STEP.The system can fully describe the motion simulation characteristics of the mechanicalproducts based on STEP. Generate STEP neutral files with motion simulationinformation, and can process the STEP information file, to realize informationintegration based on STEP.(4)Apply the method of simulation information modeling to hammer crusher,describe the simulation information of hammer crusher base on STEP. |
