Research On The Space Design Of Modern Comprehensive Hospital Endoscopy Center

Endoscopy center is a place which integrates the diagnosis and treatment ofrespiratory, digestive, urinary and other disciplines. It focuses on the use of endoscopyin the digestive system, respiratory system and urinary system of patients. Endoscopycenter space is not always there and unchangeable. Its planning and constructiondepends on the classification of hospital clinical departments, functions and personnelstatus. With the development and improvement of endoscope technology, our countryhas constructed and renovated a number of endoscopy centers over the last decade.The research background of this article is based on the increase of related disordersevery year, the advances in medical technology, as well as the urgency of specialistexclusive space. Through the collection of data, research and engineering practice, theauthor explores the reasonableness and the universally applicable rules of thearchitectural space design and streamlined organization of endoscopy centers, whichpurpose is to achieve the humanized design of the endoscopy centers. In this paper, themain research object is the new construction and renovation project of endoscopycenters, and the theoretical foundation is the development of the endoscope, as well asthe medical architecture. Through the preliminary research and analysis of existingspace environment of the hospital endoscopy centers and the doctor-patient satisfaction,this paper combines the endoscopy center space function with national norms for thecleaning and disinfecting requirements of endoscopy, summarizes the existing spaceproblems and proposes solutions. Then it provides a more comprehensive,user-friendly architectural space design methods and related professional designs ofendoscopy centers. After the late research findings, it further solves the problems foundin the survey. Finally, by analyzing the actual project cases, it makes the theory can beapplied to practical projects to improve the spatial form of existing endoscopy centers, which is based on the second design of the research findings. This provides morereasonable and scientific advices for the renovation and new architectural design ofendoscopy centers in the future.The innovation of this paper is to provide the developing direction of endoscopycenters by each design point of the five functional areas and reasonable combination ofeach part with related laws. Through analyzing the flow of people in endoscopy centersand the streamline of endoscopes, this paper focuses on designing a reasonable flowline which meets the needs of each function in endoscopy centers. Eventually, it makesthe spatial stream line design humanized and research results play a guiding role forthe actual project.
