Design And Implementation Of Endoscopic Information System In Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital

With the enhancement of people’s awareness of health and the continuous development of visual technology for medical imaging examination,the demand for good life has been greatly improved,and the amount of medical services in various major hospitals has doubled.With the increase of the hospital business volume,the normal development of the hospital’s diagnosis and treatment activities is becoming more and more inseparable from the support of the medical equipment inspection.At the same time,with the increasing number of medical imaging equipment and the improvement of the advanced degree of equipment technology,medical imaging examination has become an indispensable auxiliary means of modern medical diagnosis and treatment.In the actual process of diagnosis and treatment in the hospital,doctors and nurses hope to form a business synergy with the inspection department.On the premise of the standardization of the examination medication,the medical staff can quickly check the patient’s accurate examination information issued by the Department in order to make a quick diagnosis and make a reasonable diagnosis and treatment plan for the patients.As an important branch of medical imaging,the field of endoscope imaging,with the continuous development and maturity of multimedia technology and network technology,the application of information technology to establish a set of reasonable endoscope network information system,in order to meet the needs of the development of the hospital.In the early twenty-first century,the hospital developed the endoscope network information system in cooperation with foreign companies.Because the original endoscope department system adopted the traditional C/S structure,and the software technology barrier and other factors led to the limited changes of the core functional modules,the system module was difficult to redevelop two times,and the standard interface design was not designed.It is difficult to expand the interface.This design is based on my experience in the hospital information center for many years.According to the application status of the network information system in the Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital and the requirements of the information system,the design of the whole system is completed with the cooperation of the third domestic companies.I mainly designed a child of the medical hospital endoscope network information system.System-endoscope electronic inspection system.The system design uses Visual Studio 2008 development tool,demand analysis uses Office Visio,database modeling adopts PowerDesigner,database adopts ORACLE Database 10 g,and system structure adopts three layers of C/S structure.The system solves the bottleneck problem of the original two layer C/S structure client direct connection and constantly polling the database,integrates all kinds of inspection data in the patient’s HIS,CIS and PACS system,realizes the data interaction between the endoscope department information system and the HIS,CIS,PACS system,thoroughly solves the island problem of the original endoscope system,and uses the electricity through the use of electricity.The application,the prescription of the protocol and the immediate return of the inspection report meet the new needs of the medical staff and the management staff to carry out clinical assistant diagnosis,and to a certain extent,the quality of medical services has been optimized.
