In recent years, renewable energy construction application demonstration projectshave been implemented by the ministry of housing and urban-rural, to obtain goodpolicy effect. Renewable energy construction application technology is improvedconstantly, and application area is increasing rapidly, which parts of areas has beenapplied in large-scale.In Weihe plain such as tongchuan, mining coal is the main energy for a long time.But in recent years, along with the accelerating pace of urban development, with risingenergy, conventional energy development and utilization of single highlights thecontradictions. The burning of fossil fuels has caused local severe dust soot pollution,unchecked development of coal resources at the same time, also may cause changes ofgeological structure, the urban resource depletion and other serious consequences. In thereality situation, in tongchuan city actively in the development and utilization of therenewable energy has significant practical significance.This paper based on the analysis of the statues of Tongchuan architecture andrenewable energy,respeetively from the perspeetive of teehnology and eeonomicbenefit,has studied the renewable energy’s applications in Tongchuan Architecturethlough two eniity projeets.The speeific content of this paper is as follows:(1)The paper has summed up the survey of Tongchuan and the statues ofTongchuan architecture firstly through abundant existing date andanalysis, and thenconcluded the eonditions and advantages of using renewable energy, such as solarenergy,shallow geothermal energy and so on..(2)Combining Tongchuan”CityGate”project, from the perspective of ground sourceheat pump arrangement,key equipment, key teehnologies of construction and so on,ithas introdueed in detail the technical solutions of shallow geothermal energy’s applicationsin the buildings through simulation,and has analyzed the economic and social benefit.(3)Combining the lagerstroemia fashion (formerly known as Hen Li Yuan)residential communities project of Tongchuan,from the perspeetive of solar powersystem design,heat colleetor area,auxillary equipment and so on,it has introduced indetail the teehnieal solutions of solar energy’s applications in the buildings,and hasanalyzed the eeonomic and social benefit.Engineering practice shows that the results of this research can provide a basis forrenewable energy’s applications in the buildings, but also can provide design andconstruetion experience for the subsequent similar projeets,so they have greatpromotional value.
