China is in a stage of rapid economic development, urbanization, construction isin full swing across the country, but in November to next March, a long period of lowtemperatures in northern China every year, is not conducive to the construction project,if not continue with the work in winter, the annual construction time will be greatlyreduced, unable to meet the needs of the project schedule, which requires theconstruction team to continue construction in the harsh winter environment. How toensure the quality of the project at this time to meet the design requirements need tofocus on the problem, the paper launched this study.General principles and mechanism of cold concrete By studying concreteconstruction in winter, combined with field research, observe the development ofconcrete strength curing conditions at different temperatures and found that the earlycold concrete is the most important factor affecting concrete. If you do not takeeffective measures for the construction of the concrete with early frost damage, it willgreatly reduce the ultimate strength and durability of concrete impact on the overallquality of the project.In order to further study the factors affecting the strength of concrete, carried outat the site during the construction of concrete compressive strength test, study differentcuring conditions, the impact of fly ash, antifreeze and water-cement ratio of concretestrength. The results showed that the early strength of fly ash concrete will reduce inthe concrete, but if after a long time after maintenance, its ultimate strength will not flyash concrete than high. When the standard curing of concrete after curing7days6hours under the conditions-8℃positive again lose strength under isothermalconditions curing, concrete30%~40%, and if the standard concrete curing two days later into the negative temperature conditions conservation seven days then standardcuring time of28days, the strength of concrete basically no loss or damage is verysmall. As for mixing the concrete antifreeze even in the case of an early cold concrete,the loss of strength rarely, if pre-raising period was extended to two days of concrete,basically no impact on the strength of concrete.In this paper, Tongchuan some shantytowns, the construction of the winter in thesub project technical requirements, after the construction of the concrete strength weretested, all the projects are qualified, described in this paper show that the theory hassome practical value, give a similar project to provide some reference.Papers using ANSYS finite element software regenerative construction methodwas simulated to study the winter cast concrete slabs and large volume concrete raft inconstruction temperature changes, verify the regenerative method of construction inthe winter climate Tongchuan under feasibility.
