Study On Quality Management Of Concrete Construction Of GH Project

China is still in the rapid development stage of urbanization,the number of buildings is still in the state of rapid growth every year,concrete as one of the main building materials,the quality of concrete directly related to the quality of construction projects,and the quality of construction projects directly related to the use of human life and property security,therefore,It is very important to control the construction quality.The rapid development of the construction industry has led the concrete industry to develop rapidly,and the rapid development also highlights some problems,such as: the raw material quality of concrete is unqualified,the proportion of the calculation is not accurate and so on.All these problems affect the quality of the final building in some degree.Therefore,the control of concrete construction quality needs to be placed in an important position to consider.The theory of concrete construction in China is in a more advanced position in the world,construction machinery is not backward,the relevant laws and regulations on construction quality are being perfected,the theory research and practice of quality management have been developed,but the quality of concrete construction is still not satisfactory,In addition to the main reasons for the use of raw materials and the construction process is not standardized outside the construction organization is not perfect,management system is imperfect,for the correct operation and control of unknown principles and other causes of the construction stay in the blind stage.In this paper,through reading the literature summary of previous experience based on the concrete construction quality control carried out a further exploration,mainly carried out the following aspects of work:First of all,this paper summarizes the domestic and international research on the quality of construction,and further summarizes the domestic research on the quality of concrete construction,and then from the construction quality control principles,basis,4m1 e factors affecting the quality of construction,construction quality of the stage control and other construction quality control work carried out a comprehensive exposition.Then,combining GH project to analyze the factors affecting concrete quality from five aspects of human,machine,material,method and ring,and combining the analytic hierarchy process to identify the factors that affect the quality of concrete construction in the RE GH project,finally,the detailed concrete construction quality control scheme is developed in the application and GH project.
