In the service process of the reinforced concrete bent frame structure,,with affectedby the conditions of using and the external environment, the strength of the material willreduce and the deformation of components will increase. Then they will affect it’sperformance and reliability.With the frame structure not up to the expectations ofreliability, how to evaluate the reliability of frame structure reasonably seems moreimportant. The reliability assessment of reinforced concrete frame structure is carriedout from the three levels: structures, plane element and identification unit. It has theadvantages of distinction and easy operation, but it only considers the quantity ofbearing capacity of member, and does not consider the influence of differentcomponents of the specific location of structural system reliability. So the evaluationresults may have a gap between the actual situation of Engineering structure. At thesame time, the structural resistance is affected by many factors, such as the materialstrength, section size and so on. It will result he unknown reliability different sectionresistance influence factor changes on the structure of the system. Based on the aboveproblems, the main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, based on the review of the theory of structural reliability’s developmenthistory, it makes a systematic summary of the basic concept and evaluation method ofthe reliability existing structures, and points out the problems and deficiencies;Secondly, from the point of the influence on the reliability structure system of differentposition angle section resistance factors changing, it analyses the influence of differentsection concrete and steel strength, section height, area of reinforcement of single story unequal span bent structure and the level of cross shelf structure reliability, which is toclarify the different position section resistance factors affecting the degree of influenceon the reliability of structural system; Then from different locations Section BearingCapacity Reduction influencing on the structural system reliability point of view, thebearing stress change on the monolayer of unequal span frame structure and the level ofcross shelf structure reliability calculation of single component section and two sections,so clean out the different cross section bearing capacity to reduce the influence ofstructure system reliability.The content and results of this research provides more specific basis of reliabilityevaluation of the reinforced concrete frame structure, having a more intuitiveunderstanding of the influence on the reliability of structural system by the changes ofdifferent section resistance and bearing capacity reducing. It make up the deficiencies ofthe existing standard system, so as to provide more specific reference strengtheningreliability and identification of more comprehensive evaluation system.
