Structure seismic test is one of the most effective way to research many aspects,including the earthquake response of the structure, seismic performance and thevalidation of new design methods of anti-seismic structure and existing structuretransformation.Substructure hybrid simulation(SHS) testing method is the combination of finiteelement numerical simulation and laboratory physical test, which divide the overallstructure into two parts: the numerical substructure and testing substructure.Thenumerical substructure is analyzing the numerical simulation in the program of finiteelement, the testing substructure does physical test in laboratory. by means of the hybridsimulation testing, the information interaction and coordination system control areconducted together to analyzing the simulation of the dynamic response under seismicaction. SHS test developed earlier abroad, especially in the European countries and US,achieving many research findings and accumulating rich practical experience such asthe coordinating system development in the hybrid simulation test, numerical integralalgorithm, error control.Because of the researching in China of the SHS test methods started relatively late,made the less of the SHS test and the lack of the practical experiences becomes to thecurrent situation,most of the specimen type is the simply material constitutive steelstructure, instead of producing the whole structure for structural pseudo dynamic test toverify the validity and reliability of the substructure hybrid simulation test method, thefinite element numerical models are much more often to be used for the verification.Presented in this paper, LAN substructure hybrid simulation test system isconstituted by the MTS electro-hydraulic servo loading system, the OpenFrescosubstructure hybrid simulation test of coordinate system and the finite element program OpenSees.The experimental subjects is the three layers of two cross sections-recycledconcrete framework, attempting to the three particle pseudo dynamic test and lower sidecolumn to test the SHS test.The researchings involving in the basic principle of mixedsimulation test method for structure, the system composition and parameter settingstudies, the main contents are as follows:(1) Modern structure seismic test method can be divided into four kinds of tests:the pseudo static test,the pseudo dynamic test, the shaking table test and the hybridsimulation test, comparatively analyzed the characteristics of each test and domestic andoverseas current development levels and directions, the background of hybridsimulation test method is also presented.(2) This paper expounded the basic principle of substructure hybrid simulation testmethod, based on OpenFresco substructure hybrid simulation test system structure, andeach component to the system is presented.(3) A cross two across three layer steel recycled concrete combination structureframework and the bottom side column for the test substructure are set up, testing theframework for the three particle pseudo dynamic test, and testing the structure of framecolumn in the local area network (LAN) for the mixed structure of simulation test. Onthe face of the application layer,the paper is elaborated the modeling process andmaterials, damping ratio and other related parameters Settings of the steel recycledconcrete combination structure framework in OpenSees constitutive, and analyzed theframe structure in the simulation of the nonlinear seismic response under seismic action.(4)Comparative studies are made between in the results of the substructurehybrid simulation test, three particle pseudo dynamic test and the OpenSees finiteelement numerical simulation to verifies the validity and reliability of the steel recycledconcrete combination structure which is tested by the hybrid simulation method;Solutions and researches are also made for various causes of the error in the results onthe basis of the experimental study, provide a reference for further research.
