Self-healing is one of the remarkable feature of the smart distribution grid (SDG).Self-healing control emphasizes the real-time and accurate assessment of distribution grid, therealization of forecast of fault, and finding out the potential threats timely, in order to takeeffective control on the running tendency by the dispatcher. The realization of self-healingcontrol is significant to the safety, stability, high quality, economy, reliability andenvironmental protection of power system. While in the current study, the scholar paid moreattention the framework and system of the self-healing control. One of the most commonmethods of self-healing realization is using the corresponding control in different real-timerunning state of the distribution grid. Doing real-time assessment according to the monitoringdata for the health status of distribution grid is the premise of implementing state transition tothe distribution gird. In this thesis, the real-time evaluation method of the running state ofSDG was studied for providing the basis for the selection of self-healing control.First, in the thesis, the evaluation indexes, which can reflect the real-time running stateof SDG, are set up by means of the difference and contact between the SDG and thetraditional one. A comprehensive index evaluation system will be set up. Second, using thesubjective weight of index determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) andthe objective weight determined by entropy weight method, the comprehensive weight ofindex will be found. After that, using the membership degree of the testing data found out byfuzzy mathematics theory, the fuzzy evaluation matrix will be determined. At last, in thisthesis, the final evaluation results can be acquired through the combination of comprehensiveweigh and evaluation matrix. The applicability and feasibility of the comprehensiveevaluation method analyzing a l0kV distribution grid’s health assessment are verified.
