The power system consists of four parts, power transmission, power distribution and users, is closely related to the level of economic and social development and people’s lif e. As thedistribution network in direct contact with the user, to adapt to the distribution d evice and the user has the characteristics of wide distribution, the distribution characteris tics of a large number of. By the design, manufacture, installation cost constraints and co mplex operatingenvironment, power distribution equipment failure probability is higher, th e formation of the contradiction and high reliability requirements of the society. To carry out condition based maintenance of power distribution equipment, eliminate the hidden trouble of equipment,reduce the equipment failure rate, improve the distribution networ k operation level, has a very important practical significance to improve the reliability ofpower supply. Distribution networkis connected with the transmission network, and user s connected, it plays a very important role in the power system.The implementation of condition based maintenance is the premise condition assess ment on scientific equipment, grasp the accuracy of equipment state only, in order to ensu re thecorrectness and effectiveness of the maintenance decision. The traditional maintenan ce and distribution equipment periodically trigger or fault trigger mode, excessive mainten ance or not timely maintenance measure according to the lack of effective evaluation, scien tific means and methods to be established. This paper will focus on the implementation of state power distribution equipment maintenance, research on how to establish the eval uation model ofstate power distribution equipment.This paper compares several common methods to establish evaluation model, the fuz zy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation model of distribution networ kequipment. The evaluation of information comes mainly from the field operation data, to ensure that the weight of the index is objective in accordance with actual engineering. At the same time, method of modeling process using extension analytic hierarchy proces s and entropy method.Based on the analysis of the summary of the related research literature research,inve stigation and collection of the distribution network expert guidance in practice, a device of distribution network are classified, puts forward the main tasks to carry out evaluation o f the status of distribution network equipment, at the same time, the distribution transfor mer as an example to carry out the research on model of condition evaluation, refining t he main factorsaffecting the operation of the extraction, and the health state of various factors. According to the characteristics of each state of the application of the fuzzy compre hensive evaluation method to carry on the analysis, by calculating the membership degre e of the qualitativeproblem in the practical work to quantitative problem, make the eval uation results to ensurethe objectivity and at the same time, clearer, more systematic, mor e judgment of the. Thiscollection of natural factors can not avoid the problem of weigh t, in the absence of actual operation data, give full play to the characteristics of expert ev aluation, using the extensionanalytic hierarchy process, uniform evaluation rules under th e premise to ensure consistency of the results.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and application of extension analytic hie rarchy process is introduced, the method to determine the weights for evaluation of the 10 k V method and the establishment of distribution transformer model is described and the c alculus. The method applies to other 10 k V power distribution equipment, is of great sign ificance to carry out the two evaluation of distribution network equipment.
