Study On The Improvement Of Commercial Complex Elevator Installation Project Management Process

With the development of commercial complex project,the elevator companyare attaching increasing importance to how to complete installing elevatorsof these project eficiently.Management process plays a fundamental role ininstalling project.In this paper,by studying the past experience andlessons of commercial complex elevator project, we find the specificationand clarity of the process in the key to the success of theproject.Therefore,this article is intended to summarize the process ofcommercial complex in elevator construction, at the same time,make researchof improving the process of commercial complex elevator installation basedon the actual situation.
