The Risk Management Research On HDJY Residents Elevator Installation Project In TZ City

As one of the most common special equipment,elevator is closely related to people's daily lives,there are lots of risks in the elevator installation project of the residential area.If not managed properly,these risks are easily turned into a variety of safety accidents and loss of the project, which will affect the smooth implementation of the whole elevator installation project. Therefore, the effective risk management for the elevator installation project is imperative. The risk management for elevator installation project not only can significantly increase the degree of the elevator installation project implementation smoothly, minimize the elevator installation accidents and the loss of project, but also will guarantee the safe operation of elevators after the completion of installation and acceptance, and ensure the elevator passengers' personal and property security.Taking HDJY residents elevator installation project of TZ city as example,and based on collecting and sorting of the literature on elevator technology, risk management and other aspects, this paper works on comprehensive risk management of this project,which includes risk identification, risk evaluation, risk decision and risk monitoring. Firstly,using the brainstorming method and Delphi method,this paper identifies and selects the project risk factors of HDJY residential elevator installation, and concludes the list of the specific project risk factors.Secondly, using the analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method,this paper analyzes and evaluates the identified risk factors,through the analysis, the influence degree of risk factors for elevator installation project in HDJY district from big to small in turn is technical risk,management risk,economic risk,policy risk and environmental risk. Meanwhile,this paper points out that each secondary factors, bad weather, the turnover of funds, the authorization and factors of safety accident is more important, which need special attention. Finally, based on the identification and evaluation of risk factors, this paper puts forward the corresponding risk decision and risk control measures.This study effectively improves the risk management of HDJY residential elevator installation project,and provides a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the project. At the same time, this study also provides the beneficial reference for the other elevator installation project risk management.
